If the president had already been sworn into office, how can this conversation, if it included a question about Biden, be considered an “attempt to influence the election” that was already concluded?

2nd thought is that the above doesn’t matter all the Dems want to do is to get the President out of office.

It can be considered an attempt to influence the 2020 elections by eliminating a leading opponent.
