Ukraine whistleblower’s lawyers work for group that offers to pay officials who leak against Trump
Washington Examiner ^ | Sept. 24, 2019

The anonymous U.S. intelligence official accusing President Trump of improperly pressuring Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden is represented by two lawyers who run a group that offers financial help to fired whistleblowers.

Whistleblower Aid was launched in September 2017 — eight months after Trump's inauguration — with an advertising blitz that involved mobile billboards being driven close to the White House, Congress, outside the Pentagon, and around the headquarters of the CIA and National Security Agency (NSA).

The group’s pledge of support, in addition to free legal representation including rent and mortgage assistance, media coaching, and doctor’s bills and counseling, is controversial among lawyers. Critics say it violates attorney ethics.

The agencies, at least a portion of them, are in mutiny.

They need to be ruthless about getting rid of them, but its tough when even your own department heads are part of the mutiny.

Let’s move this little scenario to China or Russia. How long before all the principals are found stone dead from accidents? A day? A week?

if Trump requested that his potential 2020 Democratic challenger be investigated in return for withholding foreign aid.

Unlike Joe Biden who Actually Blackmailed the Ukraine Govt with $1 Billion Dollars of TAXPAYER MONEY if they didn’t STOP Investigating his Son.

Dept heads can be fired easier than rank and file. Trump is failing on this one aspect. You know Clinton and Obama fired all the prosecutors. But Bush and Trump dont. GOP is weak and stupid.

Democrats are investigating every and anything. Meanwhile crimes by Obama, Biden, Hilary go uninvestigated by the Senate.

Leaked national security information for money?

That will turn out well.

Odd thing about leaks. Leaks seem to be selective and only include information that might be harmful to Trump and seem to exclude information that might be favorable to Trump.

Accidents, no, they don’t put up with crap like this. The executions would be public and continuous.

How is this any different than Julian Assange coercing Bradley Manning to steal documents?

Whistleblower Aid is a front group to destroy Trump. It’s sickening that all Whistleblowers during the Obama regime are disappeared, payed off,gag ordered or just scared.

Fed SES (Senior Executive Service) people are EXTREMELY hard to fire, nearly impossible. The only real thing you can do is move them around.

True. But I was talking about the appointees. And some of the senior positions are easily replaced. Like all the prosecutors. Clinton and Obama fired them all. Then put in the ones they wanted. Bush and Trump didn’t do that. They kept the legacy prosecutors that they could have fired.

This happened in several areas as well.

Leaking is not whistleblowing. How did this get in front of the media, anyway. Did the IG leak?

“They need to be ruthless about getting rid of them, but its tough when even your own department heads are part of the mutiny.”

“Under my second Administration, we will conduct a thorough examination of every Department called ‘Know Your Government’, we will seek out and eliminate waste and duplicity, we will identify people who do not agree with the Constitution, and we will hire young people who want to make the US government more responsive to the people that pay the bills.”
