The administrators dictate to teachers what curriculum will be. The teachers either stick to the program or lose their jobs. Some teachers are willing participants in this commie garbage, but many are not. But they have families of their own to feed and mortgages, so it's go along to get along. Blame the politicians. I'm not defending the union; they are fat corrupt toads who parasitize teachers' paychecks. But they do not dictate curriculum or what subject matter is to be promulgated.
