There is not a lot office space that can handle a large govt employee move to the Junction. Its a spread out city with few high rise buildings so it seems likely that they would go where the major area companies have their offices. Govt bigwigs are not going to reside in a shabby strip mall waiting for their new building to be built.
I wonder if there is an abandoned military base near by that the Bureau of Land Management folks could be REQUIRED to occupy as it is “already a government owned facility.”
