The DAG related to me that on Sunday, 05/14/17, the AG asked him to participate in the interview of [redacted] for the position of FBI Director. [Redacted].
Seem to recall that Robert Mueller denied under oath in testimony to Congress that he had been interviewed for the position of FBI Director before being appointed Special Prosecutor
Isn’t this week when the IG reports are to be revealed to the public with DOJ followup action, possible indictments, etc. ??

if that isn’t the flimsiest flim-flam, smoke and mirrors, Saturday night drunk excuse known to date, it sure is among the top 2.
The IG report is strictly an administrative report. Nothing criminal will come directly from it except for the usual beltway theater. Don’t hold your breath waiting for results. The IG referred McCabe to the “Trump” DOJ for possible prosecution some 15 months ago.
“Flimsey” was instrumental in throwing the Clinton impeachment trial in the senate.
Let us never forget his treachery.
His performance at the Kavanaugh hearing, inspiring as it was, cannot lull our attention from his sordid history!
