I’ve been in the IT business 40 years. In that 40 years American companies have imported several million foreign workers under the ruse they could not find enough qualified Americans.
Problem is, there were and are plenty of qualified American workers, they just don’t want the job at 1/2 the market rate and no benefits. They don’t want 70hr weeks.
Whereas Indian, Chinese, Korean and Pakistani workers will take the jobs under those terms and the crazy indentured servitude H-1B requires.
But, apparently you think that is a good thing.
And the truth comes out... you are a socialist. You can’t have it both ways. Either you advocate free will of competition or use the power of the state to enforce mediocrity.
