I have a slightly different take on what POTUS means with that word, in this context.

A fall guy. A dead, mindless fall guy set up to be the parking place, for all of these millions/billions.

I’d like to see the organization details of these accounts that Hunter has “control” of.

In other words IN return for giving Ukraine $1B Papa Joe wanted a kickback. Knowing his own bank accounts are watched for corruption he had the money paid to his son.
