We have been away for 2 weeks driving through the little villages and towns in Basque region. In larger towns/hotels all you saw on TV was CNN international,spinning Trump lies.
Basques we talked too are very angry at Spain officials because “they” are letting migrants in. The Basques say their farm animals are stolen, their women are not safe and these people take jobs away from the locals. Sounds familiar doesn’t it? One man said “we need Trump here”.
It is always a relief to get back into the US and home.
No TV today because the cable isn’t working and no-one knows why.I will rely on posters to get back up to speed on the Whistleblower story.
Buddy of mine was in Ypres, Belgium for the Armistace celebrations last Nov. He said all the Brits he met (senior folk) loved Trump. They told my buddy's 23/4 year old son, "Listen to him! He tells the truth!" They also cannot understand our preoccupation for slavery. "You (USA) didn't invent it! You were NOT the first!"
