1.5 billion....With that kind of dough you buy all the Cruz missiles, nukes,terror types or whatever you want to arm not only the Republican guard terror types but the housthis in Yemen, loyalists in Syria and Iraq, Palestinians and still have a lot left over for mullah palaces all over the world.
