..Dems suspect danger for them in this whistleblower kerkuffle....they seem hesitant to step out on the limb

Probably because that "limb" is actually a plank (as in the nautical "walk the..."), it's over very, very deep shark-infested water and the only accomplishment to date of the platoon of 'rat presidential candidates has been to mass-produce millstones.

MHO...but just consider your thought processes right now if you were set for a stint on the Democrat National Platform Committee.

The time I do not spend organizing my shelves is time to do other things (I don’t crotchet)...

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I am just shocked, SHOCKED I tell you, that you do not crochet ..... LOL!!!

My dad has his garage “organized” similarly to your cabinets ... he knows where everything is i.e. which ‘pile’. For example, we had someone break a water pipe & we needed a shutoff valve... figured we’d be making a trip to the hardware store. Oh no, not necessary ... dad said “hmmm, I think I have one of those somewhere, just saw it the other day ... let’s see ... this pile, nope I think it was this one over here (rummage, rummage) here it is!!”

My mom threatens periodically to “reorganize/clean/straighten up” the garage ... I have told her absolutely not - once dad is ‘gone’, she can clean to her heart’s content, but as long as he’s around, NO. It would ‘kill’ him if his piles were disturbed and he could no longer find anything.

There are tasty morsels of subterfuge out of Ukraine dating back to Obama. Flynn, Manafort. Rudy's got all this, as I read between the lines.

Obama refused visas for those who were planning to visit the US with proof of Obama's meddling with the Ukraine administration and ongoing graft of some of these democrats. Kerry's son was involved at some point. Podesta, too as I recall.

I think we need a combination of management strategies. Some places need a buffer of regular mowing. Others can be haversted. But others probably need to be allowed to burn, or burned with prescribed fire, mainly because they are too steep or remote to be harvested.

I think the problem got a lot worse with Jerry Brown. He openly bragged about what a great CO2 sink his forests were. Part of that was a lie. Old growth is not a sink. And part of that was wishful thinking, that it would never burn out of control and kill people.

IMO Trump would rather face Warren or Sanders rather than Biden, despite his obvious failings.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Trump pounding Biden into oblivion would look like “elder abuse” ... seriously. Someone in an article said “Joe is 76 years old and an old 76.” So true - his family should be ashamed for encouraging & supporting him in a campaign for President - they are blinded by the thought of power & throwing Slow Joe under the bus. Nasty people all - Joe included.

I think a lot of the Left would feel very sorry for Plugs with Trump romping all over him. Trump can pound away with brass knuckles on Warren or Sanders .... no problem.

Wow great reply.

I'll tell you taking out the mullahs potential for war without messing with the Iranian people is quite the task.If anyone is up to it I'm guessing Trump and MBS will get it done.

Perhaps some aide from UAE and maybe Israel who knows. Whatever happens we will not be in the foreground but in the background which in itself is a huge story that will never be told by the current driveby media.We should be telling it ourselves in the New Media but even there hard to say if it will be done.

Also, it's hard for the mullahs to make the claim that they just blew up this or that because of sanctions which they claim don't harm them.

.................

Hungry Howie just ran the segment with Rudy and Fredo,Fredo loses again....

Yep, Trump is not about to start a war over oil flow."

Correct. This attack only creates more business for US oil, or at minimum gets oil consumers thinking about us as a reliable source for energy. It's a win. Gas price spikes appear to be minimal as our reserves can now be easily accessed, and just as easily replenished.

They are slowly killing Biden, Warren will become a chicken with her head cut off crying in the wind, and someone spectacular will step into the race, like Michelle Obama (though she doesn’t want to) or other big name personality, or maybe a little less spectacular, rode hard put away wet Hillary Clinton trying one more time? The Dems are in complete meltdown mode and don’t know what to do.

In larger towns/hotels all you saw on TV was CNN international,spinning Trump lies.

Buddy of mine was in Ypres, Belgium for the Armistace celebrations last Nov. He said all the Brits he met (senior folk) loved Trump. They told my buddy's 23/4 year old son, "Listen to him! He tells the truth!" They also cannot understand our preoccupation for slavery. "You (USA) didn't invent it! You were NOT the first!"

"You (USA) didn't invent it! You were NOT the first!"

It's just that in the US there's plenty of money to be made by exploiting it.

Sorry all for the thread drift, but just had to answer Pat.

Yup I know all about comptometers and the old Monroe mechanical calculators too. I worked in sales for Burroughs Corp in 60's and 70's.

And get this - that first electronic calculator which is similar in function (not size) to those you now often get free as an advertising promo for banks etc -- size = 8x12, 4 function (+ - x /), 1 memory register - $1,695.

And you know what- we sold a ton of then at that price.
