Any country that attacks Iran will become the "main battlefield", the Revolutionary Guards warned Saturday after Washington ordered reinforcements to the Gulf following attacks on Saudi oil installations it blames on Tehran.
Tensions escalated between arch-foes Iran and the United States after last weekend's attacks on Saudi energy giant Aramco's Abqaiq processing plant and Khurais oilfield halved the kingdom's oil output.
Yemen's Huthi rebels have claimed responsibility for the strikes but the US says it has concluded the attacks involved cruise missiles from Iran and amounted to "an act of war".
Washington approved the deployment of troops to Saudi Arabia at "the kingdom's request," Defence Secretary Mark Esper said, noting the forces would be "defensive in nature" and focused on air and missile defence.
But Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commander Major General Hossein Salami said Iran was "ready for any type of scenario".
"Whoever wants their land to become the main battlefield, go ahead," he told a news conference in Tehran.

I can’t think of a faster or more certainly reliable way for Iran to commit suicide than to turn lose a bunch of terrorist cells in the US.

Exactly, and of course they seem to think suicide is preferable in their pursuit of happiness.
Nor can I. But these crazies don’t fear death. These are people who ran school kids across Iraqi minefields in the 1980s. These are people who believe that their messiah is going to pop out of a well someplace.
These are people who toss gays off buildings and hang B’Hais from construction cranes.
They want a war with us. They’d gladly sacrifice half their population to hasten the coming of the 12th imam.
And since they can’t hit us militarily they’ll go after the civilian population. Mark my words, a Beslan is coming to America.

It could end up “the Chicago way.” You shoot one of us, we put three of you in the morgue. You shoot three of us, we kill your whole family. If they have a hundred cells, they will have to understand that shooting their people on sight, and no one knowing who did it, is going to be the practice.
We put people in camps in the 1940’s because they didn’t demonstrate they could be trusted. These people that put themselves in these situations don’t care to be. Lock them up.
If you run with the dogs, expect the pound. If you bite someone, euthanasia. But this won’t be a mercy killing. It will be revenge. And there isn’t a thing Iran can do about it. They will find out a war with us is a lot different than the little game of tag they play in their area.

A couple of miles from me there’s this huge above-ground pipeline. It carries liquified natural gas from who-knows-where to who-knows-where. A kid with a 22 could probably raise all sorts of hell with that pipeline.
I’m actually surprised that no one has messed with such pipelines yet. But maybe they’re on the list for later.

It’d be pathetically easy for them. Way back in the day G. Gordon Liddy wrote an article for the now defunct Omni magazine detailing how a dozen such cells could wreak absolute havoc on the US in 72 hours. I haven’t been able to find it on the web anywhere, which is probably a good thing.
No bombs, explosives, chemical agents, or bio weapons were used. Just 50 or so guys with hunting rifles, chain saws, and a willingness to die for their sick cause.

That said, although he was completely incompetent, Carter's title as worst President ever was taken by Usurper Barry.
I think via the viper Jarrett, Obama Kerry or HRC, I ran is being encouraged to do these things to sway the next election.
