I mean a liberal would think, 'Oh, the needle exchange program isn't working as intended, we need to provide these poor, poor victim addicts with preloaded pens and clean needles to insure a safe dose of clean poison uh, street pharmaceuticals...' In that vein the New Mexico health department last week was bragging, yes bragging that in 2018 they had handed out 9.8 million clean syringes in a state of only 2 million people. Is that a claim to fame or what ?
