Supposedly another woman came forward with a complaint and instead of letting his lawyer handle it he sent her some type of threat on social media. This guy's not too bright, is he?

He is now kappernicked, no one will touch him. He never dissed our flag. He dissed two lying skanks. It was immature, but shouldn't cost him his livelihood. I wish him well. #Brotherhood

But because AB was too stupid to ignore them instead of sending nasty texts to them,
From what I read in the story, he didn't send the texts to THEM, he sent it to a group. And then screenshots of the group texts were provided to the accuser. I think I'm reading it right.
Now his sending the texts themselves are probably stupid. Probably leave him exposed. Really bad look. However, I think it's still an important distinction if the media reports he was texting threats directly to the accuser when he was actually ranting to a different group.

Maybe he can become a brain surgeon or rocket scientist if he’s not playing football?

Guess that gives a new outlook on Nike's advice to:

I’m guessing that a lot of business people and politicians have people that write their social media stuff. Sounds like this might be an opportunity to enlarge the market for good twitter writers.
I saw where Russell Wilson had tweeted Drew Brees. It wasn’t the actual text - but a report on the tweet. In it Wilson wrote “Hope you heel quick!” I sure hope that was a typo by the reporter and not Wilson. Although I guess with auto correct it is easy to do. BUT - that is why they need twitter writers.
Hmm. Follow some millionaire around all day to do all his tweets? Might be a good gig for a twenty-something.

As far as I'm concerned every professional sports team in the nation could disband tomorrow and I wouldn't give a single damn.

Pats are now off the hook for $14 million in 46-man active roster bonuses. He will definitely get paid for 2 weeks. His 2019 salary is fully guaranteed but it can be voided because of behavior. Pats have not paid Brown any of his signing bonus.

Did the Pats take out “scumbag” insurance? If not are they still obligated to pay his salary?
