Perry noted that hair was protruding from Biden's tragus, the piece of cartilage on the outside of the ear. Typically, the skin of the patient's face is pulled to the edge of the tragus.
In Biden's surgery, however, he said the skin was pulled too far up. "You can see the beard his public hair on his ear!" Perry said.

I honestly don’t care that he had a facelift. I would never do but I don’t have to. I’ll be handsome for life. Just a little more weathered than I used to be.

You should have seen them before.
Just kidding. None of us can really control how we were born to look. I do think their constant bickering and contentiousness and having a chip on their shoulder made tire tread frown wrinkles and gash-like mouth area “parentheses” in them all.
