To the several who disagreed with my post of how our flag should be presented, I refer you to www.usflag.org concerning Flag Etiquette and Standards of Respect to further your education.

“When displaying the flag against a wall, vertically or horizontally, the flag's union (stars) should be at the top, to the flag's own right, and to the observer's left.”

Painted on an airplane is the closest parallel to displaying on a wall. Check mate.

No number of well-intentioned entities doing something incorrectly make those errors correct.
