Thanks for your on target observations re the pollution of the great rivers in the Sac area. I’m repeating your latest post to me:
“The EPA of all entities could make major progress in the fix of the “homeless crisis”.
Because, at the most basic level it’s an environmental crisis and a public health crisis.
And it’s driven by lawlessness, mental illness, drugs and alcohol.
I never thought I would ever say this, but: Where is the EPA when we actually NEED them?”
I just submitted a complaint to CalEPA about human feces and e coli being discharged into the Sacramento and American Rivers in Sacramento County.
I named the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors as the Responsible Party and the owners of the land from which the pollution is originating.
I encourage ALL California residents to do the same about their particular area. It could be human feces on the street, in gutters, in you rivers etc.
