Good grief. I had no idea they still allowed smoking in these hospitals.
Yes they do but not for long. What one must understand is that V.A. hospitals are NOT like their civilian counterparts. V.A. hospitals were made for veterans-—ALL veterans. And right or wrong that includes smokers.
