It has only 32 seats. The left wing parties wont join a Likud led government so that weakens its bargaining power. The Arabs are out to their anti-Zionist orientation. Kachol Lavan doesnt bring the needed level of heft to the table.
The Likud has far more allies but its short of a coalition majority. About five or six seats short depending on what poll you look at.
