Something just occurred to me...it seems distinctly possible that in some states at least he could be in danger of having his medical license suspended.
Or even revoked.
And a medical license is a lot like a driver's license...if it's suspended/revoked in one state it's suspended/revoked in *all* states.

Here in New Jersey if you are a doctor or a nurse and lose your license it can be reinstated. If you are a CNA, a Certified Nurses Assistant and you lose your certification you can't have it reinstated. Is that screwed up or what? F'ing New Jersey for you.

I did consulting for a pioneer hospital that was forced by its chief surgeon to do this stuff .
After he died they quit .
Lots of bad debt .
And worse 60-65 % came back and demanded to be changed back !
Ladies somewhat .
