Andrew McCarthy said on After the Bell, that it was an investigation that was not a criminal investigation. President Trump had every right to make suggestions about the handling of witnesses even closing down the whole investigation.
So, even if the note held orders from the President to fire Mueller and the whole Special Council, it was
NOT OBSTRUCTION. Why the republicans don’t check with McCarthy to find out what they can do to stop all this nonsensical crap, I can’t think of a reason.
Contempt of Congress indeed.
