Excellent Ca never should been given this. Because of their market size they have bullied the entire country because no major car maker can make a red state version and a blue state of their car lines .This is winning.
That state making their own regulations BS is why insurance is so freaking high.
Insurance companies cannot cross state lines and have to finely detail policies and even minute wording and font sizes in all documentation to meet each state’s “standards”
In addition, the idiot state insurance commissions change their regulations, sometimes on a monthly basis. A big reason why most insurance companies stopped selling in many states.
States should not be allowed to restrain trade and dictate product specifications that cross state lines.
Could this by chance be a States Right issue?
