Two illegal aliens shielded from deportation by President Obamas Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program are suing the Trump administration to ensure they can collect federal welfare and still obtain green cards to permanently stay in the United States.
The open borders group CASA de Maryland and two DACA illegal aliens are suing the Trump administration over its soon-t0-be enforcement of the public charge rule, which would save American taxpayers billions by effectively ending welfare-dependent legal immigration to the U.S.

Another smelly pile left over from the Kenyan. U. S. taxpayers are stuck with the perpetual care of those who hate us,and the arrogant judges appointed by Obama make sure it stays that way. The unwritten Eleventh Amendment to the Bill of Rights is the Right to Break the Law.
Get welfare, or get a green card. A green card implies that the person is ready and willing to work, and will become a productive person.
Getting welfare is a non-productive redistribution of wealth, and is a dissipation of accumulated capital.
Now, for any number of reasons, capital may end up getting generated at a much greater rate than it can be absorbed by expanding the base for the capital investment. That is why foundations are created by huge fortunes, because the capital itself becomes a sort of embarrassment. These foundations as the sole purpose of GIVING AWAY those excess funds, and sometimes, great benefit is reaped by those actions. But more often, it only fuels very bad social policy.
If they’re not citizens, they shouldn’t even have standing to sue.
