Lets use Occam’s razor, and cut out what cannot be.

It is farther from Yemen than Houthis have reached. It is far from Iraq, and the US still effectively runs the airspace there.

It is close to the Gulf, Bahrain and Qatar.

It may have been a complex attack - a mix of different weapons (cruise missiles, drones).

Maybe they launched surreptitiously, from commercial ships, or had smuggled weapons into Saudi Arabia somehow?

Interesting points. Qatar and Saudi have traded fire for decades...so who knows?

Just heard the President say (ABC) that we have the exact locations of everything (presumably launch sites).

He said I don’t think you will be surprised by who did this.

He seemed to indicate that the information would be coming out “soon”.
