Israeli arms sales to China and in general are subject to America veto. Turkey is a NATO ally and was a friend of Israel. It hasn't been for a while.
There is no evidence that these were Israeli. MEanwhile Iran has shown its drones in parades and operated them in Syria. It also gave them to Hezbollah, which used them in Syria and Lebanon and has used them to attack Israel. Iran arms the Houthis and is fighting a proxy war agains Saudi Arabia in Yemen for control of the Red Sea.
The real question is why you are committing treason against Western Civilization by supporting Iran

Saudi is of course worse to the world, but Iran with a nuke is a threat towards Israel.
