Could the drones have laser targeting to achieve that level of accuracy? How many hits, and how far from the center of the target would you estimate?

But, your idea of laser painting for an inside job is interesting. One would have to have an idea of the accuracy of Iranian cruise missile guidance, which I do not, to make that sort of a guess.

Maybe some of the drones supplied the painting? Is that possible?
