Either they are a “forum” or they are a “publisher” - Google needs to make up their minds. If they are a publisher with WRITTEN RULES, they have just opened themselves up to the mother of all lawsuits since RSBN has done NOTHING to violate those stated policies. If they are a platform, they must stay neutral - and, Trump’s DOJ is coming for them!

Google has an appalling amount of money at its disposal for YouTube's legal defense. They may have taken this action knowing that they will ultimately lose and incur very costly damages, but they're willing to burn truckloads of cash to fight a delaying action.

Then the DOJ should shut them down till litigation is complete in the same manner rouge justices issue nation wide injunctions to keep everything in neutral trying to impead Trump.

I’d like to see how long they would continue a delaying action then.
