If we had real conservatives in DC, then they would not even need to invoke anti-trust:

These publicly-traded corporations are committing fiscal malfeasance by creating stock-damaging, politically-motivated public scandals.

They are committing consumer fraud on users by applying the terms of service - a contract - in selective and deceptive ways.

They are violating their obligation to operate as open platforms in exchange for protection from content liability.
