Yup, they now know for sure RBG is not going to make it much past this year and she may not be able to show up to work to fulfill her duties on the court for the upcoming session

The medical problems and treatments she is going through would put down. If not kill, a person half her age

Judge Roberts can defer to her and let her “ work from home” for a while but pretty it will become obvious that she is totally incapacitated and her clerks are the ones running the show
