Uh, if you had clicked on the link you would have seen that Fox did say Louie is from Texas. Blame the poster.........Sheesh!
Excuse me. The main FOX News webpage did have Louis Gohmert as being from Louisiana two hours ago when I saw it so they did make the correction not too long ago.
