While the police have apprehended some of the perps, my bet is they will not be prosecuted or at best be given a slap on the wrist. Let’s hope the next time these thugs encounter an armed citizen who will defend themself. Downtown Minneapolis is no place to go even in broad daylight. Ditto for St. Paul
They just broke up a gang robbery ring downtown. Thugs would watch drunk people at bar close (2am) and confront them and beat up the drunkest ones, steal their phone and wallet.
