(WSVN) - A Columbus High School student is back home with his family after he was arrested for a perceived social media threat made against La Salle High School in the form of a music video.
The arrest occurred around 8 p.m. Thursday.
Austin Valdes, 16, created a music video on Tik Tok in which the student, seen wearing a Columbus High T-shirt, pointed his finger like a gun at the names of his rival schools, including Belen and La Salle, and eliminated them to the sound of gunshots in the song “All Talk” by 3ohBlack to prove his school’s superiority.

Many kids make these videos. But this kid is the ONE who is arrested?!
Oh, by the way: reprobates like Quentin Tarantino and Jamie Foxx make films portraying MURDERS with guns and the media applauds the "art". These admittedly dumb kids make silly videos to boast about their school set to garbage RAP music...and they get ARRESTED? Correction: this one white kid at a Roman Catholic private school gets arrested.

Don’t make joke videos about shooting up schools in South Florida... it’s a couple years too late but it’s indefensible.
The kid might have a chance... his Dad is talking about sitting him down and taking responsibility for what he has done.
He might turn out better than all the kids that ‘didn’t du nuffin’... but he needs to have some consequences.

A hand cannot be in a “gun shape.” There is mass hysteria in the USA. Many people cannot perceive reality, and so they become functionally insane. That applies to anyone who would arrest someone for moving fingers.
