I wish to thank the voters of Vermont for enabling this fool for 30+ years!
A segment of these voters gave Bernie is his for job - EVER!
City Mayor (of I think Burlington !). A segment of Vermont voters thought it was sensible and “Oh-so-righteous-and cool” to elect someone who spent the majority of his life prior to that as essentially a loud mouthed vagrant! Way to go Vermont voters!
This is why the Founding Fathers did not want direct election of senators!
A little correction there, “I wish to thank the voters of Burlington Vermont for enabling this fool for 30+ years”! The rest of us don’t get a vote and most of the ones from Burlington are transplants.
