I suspect Buzzy Ginsburg can’t hold on too much longer. Soon a Trump appointment will make whatever hold someone has on Roberts irrelevant. Let us hope that Roberts sees the writing on the wall and retires at about the same time. I really do think within 36 months we will have 5 Trump appointees on that court.
