Once we’re done with Hillary, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Strzok, Page, email, Russia, etc., issues, we should sic Sara Carter on this story. See if she can dig up the dirt that was used to blackmail Roberts.
Roberts cannot handle pressure and our side will not pressure him. He is taking at least anti seizure medication- Dilantin and may well be taking antipsychotic meds, too, if Dilantin does not alone stop his seizures. Those drugs will destroy his will power and he would be very susceptible to pressure. That is the charitable explanation. Another is blackmail, of course.
It is Roberts that is “wobbly” and lacking in very many firm principles of his own, AND lacking to stay firm to any principles he does have, other than his “principle” of making the Supreme Court look populist.

Pack the court with a 7 to 2 conservative majority, and then we can all go to sleep and sleep soundly at night.

IIRC, Harriet Miers name was withdrawn and GWB submitted Alito, a true conservative.
Robert's illegal adoption is probably the hook. Minor law-breaking is one thing for SC nominees (ie. hiring illegal house-keepers), but it's another thing for a sitting Chief Justice. Obama knows it, Roberts knows it.
Simply put, Roberts is willing to disregard the law for the sake of political outcomes that protect his court from too much liberal angst.
The kids are 18 and 19.
OK, but had she gotten on the Court I could not imagine that she could be doing a worse job than Roberts.

Those on here that say some one has something on Roberts and that is the reason for some of his decisions, I think, are giving him too much credit. I think he is arrogance at wanting “his court” to be seen as neither conservative or liberal is what drives his decisions, and nothing else. That is very bad when his decisions should be driven by the Constitution. His statement that there are neither Republican nor Democrat judges is a prime example of this point. He either lied when he said it or if he really believes it, he doesn’t belong on the Supreme Court.
I am always suspicious of anyone whose facial expression never changes at all. There may be examples where he does, I don’t know, but I’ve never seen Judge Roberts show any preponderance of emotion, be it humor and mirth, or anger and frustration. I’m aware that some folks just don’t. Some are skillful at concealing any personal reaction to any outside stimuli.
I.E. Ruth Bader shows the full range from being disgusted to being lighthearted. Judge Roberts does not allow anyone (in the general population) to know what lies within.
Again, this may simply be his version of ‘professional deportment’ and nothing more. He truly IS a VIP.

I am 100% convinced he is filthy dirty, and someone has held it over his head for many years.
Roberts: deep state has his number. They have the dirt on him or they’ve made it clear what will happen to him and/or his family if he dares follow USConstitution on key votes.
USA will not win if we haven’t representatives and officials willing to risk themselves and family health and well being. Don’t kid yourself, representing USConstitution is dangerous; becoming more dangerous by the day.
This is why the terminology is: wage war; fight. Or perish.
