I had an implant done after a surgical procedure in my mouth. They had to insert transplanted jaw bone material as a graft. That took something like 3 months to “take.” Then they drilled in the post. Another month. Then I finally got the tooth.

The last time I got one, the dentist printed it from a scan of my tooth. Put in the post. And glued it in. Two hours, tops.

The advances are amazing.

Yup. In the process now. I just had a bridge removed and a three implants put it. Same process. In a month, they put the crown on. All in all it has taken a year but that has actually been good because I pay in stages too...it aint cheap.

I was just there yesterday and the hygienist told me her family member just had 6 on the top and 6 on the bottom done by some famous dental office in Vegas. Somehow they do it all in 48 hours, the graft and everything. Price wasn’t bad either, I think she said 35k.
