I realize that I was referring to the info on DOJ counts how they determine how many counts to file which can relate to any federal crime. Supposedly mccabe did not have candor 4 times. they will have to look at circumstances to decide in any charging document/indictment how to charge.

when fisa is up to bat that is another thing they will look at, fraud on the court, perjury, defrauding the government violation of civil rights under color of law etc. prosecutors will look at the evidence and making charging decisions.
