You could well be right. Barr could wriggle out of this by sending the case to a DC grand jury which would no bill the referral and that would be the end of it other than McCabe would be given a gold star by jury menmbers if they would ever talk.

I heard that if it goes to grand jury it will, most likely, be in super-lib DC. What’s the point, even? Why waste the time?
