Both groups say that they will gather at 100 Maryland Ave. When FReepers sponsored rallies on the mall, a permit was necessary. Other gatherings were not permitted in the same general vicinity. Has this changed?
I don’t know the particulars, but I assume everyone has their permits. Looks like an interesting action, wish I could be there.
I think you are confusing it. This has to be in Rockville, at the very building housing the rulers of said Monty Co. DC would be too far and pointless.
