He’s slipping I guess- The poor girl was lying across his crotch - Not that the parent should have had their child there i nthe first place, but since htey did, that parent of the child should have immediately jumped up and said “What the HELL Are you doing?” to that freak- and “You have NO right to touch my child in any way shape or form” And should have sued him for criminal sexual conduct and contact
