I am so happy and genuinely relieved to see YELLOW that right now I don't much care that I can't have the surgery to fix my herniated discs. (My blood pressure remains too high). So, I have to go the PT and lots of rest route. UGH. Right now I'm on Pretizone or some steroid to reduce inflammation. I saw my xrays and the left lower side of my back looks like dense fog. So much swelling.
