In this case I disagree. It’s getting in the hands of kids and being advertised for the kids. That has to stop. Period.

You know, I never once saw an ad for weed or had anybody flavor it or package it in bright colors for me to purchase.

But, it was much easier for me to get weed in 1977 at age 15 than it was to buy booze, and brother, I spent a lot of time as a young man trying to get either. For a while, I was even an emporium for one of those products myself...

If you truly believe that making something illegal will keep it out of the hands of kids, you are probably going to stand up and cheer when they ban AR-15’s and AK’s. After all, when you outlaw something, it just disappears, right?

Disagree about the advertising. Most of these brands are pitched at young adults who frequently are, IMO, more child-like than any generation that came before them. That's why there is a liquid brand called Chubby Bubble and a flavoring named Unicorn Vomit.
