A bombshell revelation was barely noticed at National Security Advisor Michael Flynns hearing Tuesday, when his counsel revealed in court the existence of a Justice Department memo from Jan. 30, 2017 exonerating Flynn of any collusion with Russia. The memo, which has still not been made available to Flynns attorney Sidney Powell, is part of a litany of Brady material she is demanding from prosecutors. The memo is currently under protective order and Powell is working with prosecutors to get it disclosed, SaraACarter.com has learned.
U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan presided over the hearing Tuesday and set a tentative Dec. 18 sentencing date. He told the prosecution and defense that the sentencing date could be moved depending on the outcome of requests for Brady material requested by Powell and how the case will unfold in the upcoming months. Sullivan also noted during the hearing that the Brady order takes precedence over the plea agreement.
Powell will likely seek to have case dismissed for egregious prosecutorial misconduct and withholding of exculpatory material.
Judge Sullivan is obviously taking the Brady issues very seriously and clearly told the prosecutors that his Brady order stands regardless of the plea agreement or the plea, Powell told SaraACarter.com. If the prosecutors here were seeking justice instead of a conviction, General Flynn would not have been prosecuted. They have been hiding evidence that he was exonerated in early 2017.
...
It looks like Comey, who would have been fully aware of this memo, has a lot of explaining to do.

Still he’s broke. They got him.
Until yesterday, I was unaware that Sullivan is the same judge that discovered all the dirty sh*t the DOJ did to Sen Stevens. And the AUSA’s in that case weren’t even punished for what they did to that man.
Who are what is Brady? Please, no Brady Bunch jokes. I couldn’t stand that show.
bump for later
He can recoup the money. Hopefully, he sues all parties concerned and gets paid.
On a side note,(I’m not holding my breath for anyone of these people to be charged and go to prison, as much as they deserve it), but didn’t Yates have something to do with the Flynn case? I’d love to see here perp-walked out of a van, wearing a prison jumpsuit.
,
JEFF SESSIONS.
I’ve gotten sick of all the “revelations” regarding Comey’s and others’ actions in this mess, but this actually appears to be a significant one.
Leave my Sessions alone. I’m cuddled up next to him by the way watching Golden Girls reruns.
The Feds need to drop the charges.
>>Who are what is Brady?<<
From memory, so not sure, but I believe Brady was a case that established the defendant’s right to have all exculpatory evidence held by the prosecution revealed to him. Carter is saying that wasn’t done here and that Flynn wouldn’t have entered a plea agreement if he’d have been made aware of the Justice memo.
Guess who were intimately involved in the Stevens grabage.
Mueller and Weissman.
Some of those Feds themselves need to be charged.
Bombshell of the day?
I hope they’ll let us know when one finally goes off instead of constantly barking up a tree.
The “Brady material” complaint is in reference to the Supreme Court case Brady v. Maryland, which established the government’s obligation to turn over all exculpatory evidence.
Brady material was NOT produced in the Flynn case, going all the way back to July 2017.
Sean Hannity discussed this situation on his radio show Tuesday with Michael Flynn’s attorney.
The Brady doctrine is a pretrial discovery rule that was established by the United States Supreme Court in Brady v. Maryland (1963).[2]
The rule requires that the prosecution must turn over all exculpatory evidence to the defendant in a criminal case. Exculpatory evidence is evidence that might exonerate the defendant.
The DOJ scum dont have to win in court to accomplish their goal.
Thank you alll for the info.
