So you’re saying that the blacks will never change their vote even though with Trump in the white house they are seeing employment levels higher than they’ve ever been in history?

Yes, really. Trump’s supposedly better than normal approval ratings among blacks and Hispanics didn’t turn into votes in 2018 though we were assured by the “experts” that they would.
Rising employment levels have even a more miniscule chance of translating into Republican votes among groups who are historically reluctant to leave the Rat plantation.
We’ve been hearing for DECADES that when blacks move up the economic ladder they will begin to vote their self-interests and no longer need to show dependency on Democrats. This, in fact, has never happened and suburban blacks often vote even MORE racist/Democrat than ones still in the ghetto. Look at the Atlanta and Washington DC metro areas for unquestionable confirmation.
