A city that can’t manage poop and urine surely can manage their own power grid, right? But one that declares the NRA a terrorist organization knows what it is doing in managing power and lights.

Heck, I would sell it to San Francisco immediately. I would too. Apart from the liability they would be losing, the idea of San Fransisco losing power has all sorts of potential side benefits to the world.

That's right. And the city could then handle all the billing and pay the wholesale rate for electricity -- and come up with a long series of excuses of why they haven't been able to pass the "savings" on to the consumers.
