Wow - so these climate warriors, who are true believers, burned up a life-time of fossil fuels on a pleasure tour. Flying and driving to the port of departure, the boat itself, helicopter rescue, and likely an ice breaker to free the boat, and return to their homes.
All that massive carbon footprint for a pleasure tour to make a point. And the point is? That they don’t believe in what they are saying demonstrated by how much carbon footprint they personally are willingly and happy to create?

The ship is on Arctic tour with Climate Change documentary film team, and tourists, concerned with Climate Change and melting Arctic ice. I wonder if they feel a little silly.

All 16 Climate Change warriors were evacuated by helicopter in challenging conditions, all are safe. Deniers! It is settled science that the Arctic is melting and therefore they were not trapped. They should be placed in Climate Change reeducation camp.
