Frankenbeef for sure.
I have steak once a week. Always buy grassfed beef from. my wonderful butcher who gets it from ranchers in Oregon and Montana. I really don’t even want feedlot beef because feedlots are filthy, with cattle standing around up to their knees in poop.

At least with animals there is only so much “editing” which can be done before it’s fatal. I always question that with plants.. one reason I am a carnivore deluxe.
