Are you sure your picture is not from a demokrap governed city?
The caption should be what the US would look like if the demokraps have their hands on the levers of government. There must be pictures of Baltimore and Detroit that would approach hurricane pictures? We can play AOC’s (propaganda) game too, except ours would be much much closer to reality.
