I don’t get it about this “LGBT” issues thing.
Do voters care about “LGBT” issues? What are the issues? Now that we have homosexual marriage, what “civil rights” issues, are there, for sexually confused people?
I know all of the Democrats are liberal on this whole sexual orientation/sexual identity/gender identity business, but is there really a groundswell of support for sexually confused men who dress as women, to be in women’s bathrooms and locker rooms???

In my opinion: NO. And polls of voters concerns don’t show that issue even registers.
But people DO care if their meat, cars, winter heating, air conditioning, electricity, fuel, prosperity, and jobs are banned!
I don’t think there’s much support for the policy issues they advocate - but that’s not what the Democrats care about. They don’t care about changing things or solving problems - they only care about “virtue signaling”.
Democrats don’t try to solve problems, they try to create divisions. In this case, they are trying to establish themselves as the party of compassion, while branding Republicans as cruel and heartless.
They do the same with every issue - the border, climate change, reparations, equality, student debt. It doesn’t matter to them that their plans are not economically feasible - they just want to come off as the ones that care - looking out for the little guy.
It’s all bullshit - they know their plans won’t work.
Raising the minimum wage is the example I like to use - anyone with common sense knows it’s terrible for unskilled workers at the minimum wage, because they are effectively getting priced out of the market.
The Democrats keep promising it anyway though, because to stupid people, it sounds like if you are getting minimum wage and they raise it, your boss will be legally forced to pay you more. But your boss has a smarter option - he can fire you and hire someone more productive that’s worth the higher wage.
