Excellent post.You are correct it will take forever to rebuild the Abacos and surrounding areas.If the Bahamians are smart they will get a marina or two open since even though it will be years before cruise ships come back fishermen will be there this winter for sure.If there is a place they can visit and drop a few bucks you can bet they will.
ONe of the fastest growing areas in fishing is female fishermen heres a few gals catching some great fish: Deep dropping for grouper,tilefish,snapper of all kinds is very popular in the Bahamas. Here's a young lady doing her best to get the fish to bite:
