Dorian was predicted by NOAA to hit Alabama. You don't need a secret decoder ring or restricted software to see this.

Just follow this link to NOAA graphics showing this plain as day. Too bad President Trump didn't show this to the world.

As you can see in the graphic, as one time more than 50% of Alabama was involved.

There are THREE things going on here...his map on the 29th - which was correct - and a tweet from the Birmingham WFO - which was ALSO correct. There is also a Tweet from Trump earlier on the 1st that is false.

NOAA is saying the Birmingham WFO was mistaken. They were not. Trump CLEARLY says on 1 Sept at 7:51 that Alabama will mostly likely be hit "much harder than anticipated." This is after Alabama EM officials had been already been given the all clear. Now they are hearing something different. The WFO simply corrects that. That's their job.
